Institutional Engagement
Structured engagement with banks, trading houses, refineries, insurers and professional market participants.
Axiom Horizon supports qualifying clients through commercial representation, institutional engagement, transaction coordination, verification, due diligence and responsible sourcing controls across international precious metals markets.
Transaction-specific opportunities are disclosed only to appropriately qualified counterparties through controlled due diligence processes.
Five principles govern how Axiom Horizon engages with counterparties, documentation and transaction risk.
Structured engagement with banks, trading houses, refineries, insurers and professional market participants.
Evidence before reliance. Counterparty, authority, document and asset verification through AX Verify.
Relevant supported transactions are subject to provenance, chain-of-custody and conflict-affected-area controls according to risk.
Controlled processes, defined approval routes and complete audit history for material decisions.
Counterparty identities and transaction terms are not published publicly and are disclosed only through appropriate controlled processes.
Material claims relating to precious metals provenance, ownership and transaction authority are not accepted solely on the basis of documents supplied by a counterparty where independent verification is reasonably available.
Risk-based assessment of source, route, licensing, human-rights exposure, sanctions and conflict-related concerns.
Documented review of relevant ownership, movement, assay, custody and transaction records.
AX Verify is Axiom Horizon’s structured verification framework for counterparties, authority, documentation, assets, finance and transaction information.
Legal existence, registration status and corporate standing of counterparties.
Identity and representative capacity of relevant authorised individuals, verified using appropriate authoritative or independently corroborated sources.
Mandates, signing authority and representation rights of individuals and entities.
Authenticity of transaction documents against issuing sources where reasonably available.
Existence, specification, ownership and custody of assets referenced in a transaction.
Verification of relevant financial institutions, funding evidence, settlement information and transaction-specific financial documentation.
Consistency of material transaction information with the approved transaction record.
A status is an operational instruction, not a decoration. Every status carries a defined consequence for whether, and how, reliance may be placed on a verification.
Verification complete against the stated evidence level. Reliance permitted within scope.
Verification complete subject to stated conditions, which must be satisfied before reliance.
Verification requested; evidence gathering in progress. No reliance.
Actively examined following submission or a trigger event. No reliance until resolved.
Temporarily withdrawn pending resolution of a discrepancy or trigger event. No reliance.
Verification could not be completed to the required standard, or evidence failed. Engagement must not proceed.
Verification lapsed beyond its review date. Re-verification required before reliance.
Confirmed directly with the issuing or authoritative source.
Supported by reliable independent evidence from more than one source.
Received from the counterparty; not yet independently confirmed.
Asserted but unsupported. Carries no evidential weight.
A verification request is submitted and scoped against the relevant module.
Evidence is collected from authoritative and independent sources.
A compliance reviewer examines the evidence and records the assessment.
An approver issues the determination. High-risk matters require mandatory second approval; commercial personnel cannot approve their own verification.
A status is issued with a defined review date. Each event is recorded with timestamp and actor role.
Credentials presented in the name of Axiom Horizon should be verified through the public lookup before reliance.
Structured presentation of qualifying transactions with a verified counterparty file.
Counterparty qualification and sourcing files before commercial terms are discussed.
Transaction-specific engagement with evidence graded by source.
Controlled information exchange and due diligence aligned to transaction requirements.
Corporate, compliance and transaction-specific information is made available only to appropriately qualified counterparties through controlled processes.
